Description
This property is very tropical, with panoramic views east, north and south.
Situated on a ridge you can see for miles. Elevated ocean and countryside.
Cooling trade winds all year round
Banana trees right outside the door, and passion fruit along the trellis,
At dawn and dusk monkeys can be seen running across the lawns.
The large swimming pool is shared with two other properties on the 5
acres and is totally private.

a large wooden deck.
The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, toaster,
blender, coffee maker, and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The living area has the addition of a full size sofa bed for the extra guest.
Cable television, stereo/ radio/CD/tape, and a well stocked book shelf to
