Wild dog villa is a newly luxury villa which comprises of three separate structures - the main villa, a guest cottage and a pool studio. The most impressive attributes of this villa are the breathtaking views from the many positions and locations both inside and out.
The main villa consists of the main living space with dining area, kitchen, and living/TV area in a loft style room, along with powder room and a pantry. There is a large deck on the east with view over the ocean. On the lower level are two bedrooms with views to the east. Both bedrooms are fully en suite with showers and bathrooms.
The guest cottage is a fully self contained apartment with a small kitchen, it has a Villa pool and three subedsseating area and its own deck. The guest cottage includes its own en suite bathroom.
The pool studio is a small structure which can be used as an office, as well as storage area for pool accessories such as towels and lounge cushions.
The theme of the Wild Dog Villa is minimal, open uncluttered space, using a mix of construction and finishing materials. Attention to detail has been at the forefront in the assembly of this villa, yet the villa is not to be considered ostentatious, overwhelming, or non functional; on the contrary Wild Dog Villa is simple, comfortable, and functional.
Villa Location
Wild Dog Villa is located at Ocean Heights, a private road in Hodges Bay, in the north of Antigua. It is just 5 minutes from the airport and about 12 minutes from St. John’s. The villa sits atop the hill at Ocean Heights and faces east. Being on a hill affords the villa breathtaking ocean views at almost 270 degrees, and incredible sunrises and sunsets. |

Amenities |
Wild dog Villa is equipped with a 22” Samsung HD LCD TV, accompanied by Bose Surround Sound Speaker System, Sony DVD/CD player and a Yamaha Surround Sound Receiver. The villa also has wireless high speed internet as well as Ethernet cable connection to the high speed internet. A fax machine and two office areas with desks are also part of the facilities.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a SubZero refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, a Gaggeneau electric oven and dishwasher, and mobile work table.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms are air-conditioned, although the main living areas are not, however, the AC is very rarely necessary.
Pool: Teak lounges, pool floats, and a Badujet Supersport swim jet.
Laundry: Maytag Neptune washer and gas dryer.
Power: Both 110V and 220V 60 Hz are available, as well as European standard electrical sockets. |
