Serenity is a private waterfront cottage that includes a boat on the tiny island of Staniel Cay, Exuma Islands, Bahamas, overlooking "Thunderball Grotto" of James Bond fame...snorkel inside the hollow island...a fantastic, natural fishbowl! The village of Staniel Cay, with its true Family island atmosphere, is a short walk from Serenity. |

Rate details
3000 per week for 1-2 people; (includes 13' Boston Whaler with a 40 hp motor and complimentary use of an electric golf cart.) 2005: $3500 per week for 1-2 people; (includes 17' Boston Whaler with a 90 hp motor and complimentary use of an electric golf cart...boat requires additional $500 security deposit.) $150 additional per adult per week. $100 additional per child under 12 per week. One-half the rental fee plus a $500 security deposit is required to confirm booking, sent to address below. ALSO AVAILABLE: 43' Hatteras Sport Fish "Gang Run" with Capt. Keith Ferguson for deep sea fishing in Exuma Sound. $1400 per day plus tip. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is returned after you leave Serenity providing house, golf cart and boat are left in good order. Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday
