Description
Steele Point features a private dock for swimming and boating, a cliffside pool, and an attentive and discreet staff, including the fantastic concierge and personable chef Evelyn. Natural lush landscaping insures uncompromised privacy. The top garden level features patios, courtyards, the living area, indoor and outdoor alfresco dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, an air conditioned bedroom/den with an internet ready computer, adjoined by a luxurious full bath. On the next level down is the very secluded and air conditioned king master suite with a steam room, walk-in closet, and its own private sunbathing deck. Down yet another level, just a stone's throw from the sea, are the third and fourth air conditioned king bedroom/bath suites, each flanked by very private stone terraces and balconies to catch the cool sea breezes and the sound of soothing surf. All of Steele Point's bedroom suites area also equipped with cable TV and DVD. The expansive dock area is complete with sheltered sun decks and ladders for swimming and snorkeling.
This 5,000 square foot house has been designed to blend masterfully into the 90 foot cliffs overlooking the melding point of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.
From the villas cliffside pool or one of the masterfully designed verandas hours can be spent watching the dolphins, sea turtles and stingrays play in the magical sea below. Looking out among the amazing turquoise sea, the sparkling ocean water is all that divides you from the surrounding islands scattered around Steele Point.
The main house welcomes you with an open, airy feeling. This top garden level features patios, courtyards, indoor and alfresco dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, and the air-conditioned Hibiscus Suite, adjoined by a full bath. The raised living area has large overstuffed couches, a flat screen TV, stereo system, CD collection, and a Bose dock for an IPOD.
On the next level down is the very secluded Gardenia Suite with a king bed, enclosed shower overlooking the Drake Channel, air-conditioning, a walk-in closet, and its own private sunbathing deck with two large lounge chaises where you can relax to the sound of the soothing surf.
Just under the Gardenia Suite, the Orchid and Palm Suites are air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suites at sea level. Each suite is flanked by very private stone terraces and balconies to catch the cool sea breeze. Enjoy the view from your verandas over looking spiral stairs that lead to two private docks, and a private beach cove in the Cliffside. The docks are ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving.
The highest point on the estate is where you will find the newly constructed Frangipani Suite. A lovers’ delight, it affords breathtaking views of the north coast. Set at a discreet distance from the main house it provides air-conditioned comfort, a king bed, private bath with an outdoor shower and a fantastic view of the point.
