Description
Hall’s Haven is located at Manuel’s Reef, on the south side of the island, on Drake's Channel and next to Manual Reef Marina. This oceanfront location gives great views and allows lovely cool evenings fanned by trade wind breezes. The open deck area - great to sun and watch all the Caribbean boating activity - allows you to see from St. John (USVI) to Virgin Gorda (BVI).
We have all modern appliances such as refrigerator with ice maker, propane barbecue, propane stove, dish washer, coffee maker, cable television, VCR and DVD player, stereo and CD player, plus a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. On the main level is the entryway, living room, kitchen, and powder room, along with the dining areas, one for indoor and one for outdoor dining. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king bed and the guest has twins, both have ceiling fans and are air conditioned, with private baths, and share a lovely open deck overlooking the Channel." |

Our two bedroom executive town house is located on a private oceanside estate property on the south side of the island, looking directly out on Drake's Channel, just feet away.
Adjacent to Manuel Reef Marina, in Sea Cows Bay, the property has private parking, walking areas, floating dock, and a private ocean beach for swimming. Beautiful views of the surrounding ocean from the decks, and wonderful gardens.
We have a tastefully decorated, very comfortable modern home. Downstairs are a dining room, living room, and a gourmet equipped kitchen, as well as an office, laundry, pantry, and powder room. All modern kitchen appliances such as fridge with ice maker, propane stove, convection microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer are included.
Full side and front decks allow outside barbequeing, dining, or just relaxing in the Caribbean atmosphere. All floors are tiled throughout, completely furnished including cable television, stereo, CD player, VCR.
Upstairs one king bedroom, one twins, each with their own large private bathroom, plus a shared deck overlooking the ocean. Lots of closet space, bedrooms newly carpeted, fully airconditioned, television in the master bedroom, all linens included.
Maid service twice weekly on short term rentals, once weekly on longer terms.
Road Town is only minutes away for shopping and restaurants, plus the Ferry terminal to all the other Islands. Beaches are a short drive, as is the airport, a very convenient location. |
