This family friendly home is located only 1 mile from the center of Georgetown, a convenient mere 15 minute walk away. From the living room, large sliding doors reveal views of peaceful Flamingo Bay and gardens of coconut palms, native lime, sugar apple trees as well as flowering species like Bougainville and Hibiscus among others.
The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, blender with ice crusher for the all important island drinks and washer/dryer combo, as well as table furnishings for eight. Although the island style rattan dining set accommodates six, the overflow is always happy to dine out of doors enjoying the view. The large patio offers outdoor grilling with dining seating for eight overlooking Flamingo Bay and February Point.
The large master bedroom with queen size bed and full bath has its own sliding door leading to the patio and views of the bay. The secondary bedroom offers 1 double and 1 twin bed, while the third has 2 twins and its own bath with shower. All rooms are tiled and have ceiling fans and screens for your comfort. A permanent phone line is available for incoming calls. Arrangements are happily made for airport to home taxi as well as car or moped rentals, jet ski or boating, and fishing excursions.
