Description
Enjoy the sun drenched days of Negril on a two acre beach front estate offering uncompromised privacy with its two private beaches where swimsuits are optional.
Its four bedroom and guest cottage will accommodate groups and families up to eleven. The staff, loyal and trusted for years, are the guardians of this special sanctuary, providing 24 hour service and security.
The broad expanse of the lawns and beaches is shaded by centuries old cotton trees (ceiba pentandra), almond and sea grape trees. Hammocks have been placed to indulge in time not governed by schedules and appointments.

Amenities |
Cable TV, Internet access and FAX machine will only serve as reminders from where you came. The house itself will resonate on a stereo system transforming the vaulted living room ceiling into an instrument itself.
Snorkeling gear is available to explore the reefs, coral gardens and caves surrounding the property along a thousand feet of sea front. Two sea kayaks which are available to the guests at no extra cost. The kayaks can be rigged for one or two persons and carry an anchor and line for snorkeling either along the cliffs or out on Long Bay among the numerous patch reefs. For the land lubber who is not so adventurous, there is a turtle pond with four to five loggerhead turtles to feed and pet. These were given by local fishermen to keep them out of someone else's stew pot. Airport transfers and excursions are available. Negril Hills Golf Club is just five minutes from the property. The tennis court has recently been upgraded to a red clay surface. Full service wedding and receptions are available. |

A maximum of 12 people are allowed to stay. Outside guests will be asked to wait at the gate until approved by the clients.

*For clarification, the rental rate is based on total occupancy, not per person. So the figure (ex. $600 for 9-11 guests) would be divided by 9-11 guests.
The off-season is very special in Negril and with the discounted rates, staying at Llantrissant is very attractive. Unlike the peak season when the arrival and departure day is a Saturday or Sunday, there is more flexibility in the off-season.
A 20% Deposit is required at time of reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit and final payment is fully refundable only if the same period is re-booked. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
Meals
Meals are not included, but should cost between USD $20 and $30 per day per person for three meals depending on taste. All meals are served family style.
