Description
A beautifully designed one bedroom villa with a dramatic hilltop setting affording views of the sea where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean and Mount Nevis. A spacious living and dining room with a cathedral ceiling, two sets of French doors opening onto a large gallery and a kitchen with a mahogany countertop. The bedroom has a queen sized mahogany four poster bed, a built -in writing desk and bookshelves, a separate laundry and an en suite bath with tiled shower. There is a private courtyard with outdoor shower.

Cliffdwellers is a small villa resort spectacularly sited on the Caribbean side of Nevis. It is conveniently located just three miles from the airport, and the same distance from the capital of Charlestown, a West Indian town of eighteenth-century charm and architectural interest.
Each villa has a verandah with sweeping water views and a bright, airy living room with a traditional West Indian cathedral ceiling and wooden louvered doors and windows. Some also have their own beautifully landscaped courtyards and pools. If you wish, you may request to have your villa provisioned for your arrival.
A hillside elevator, or "tram," makes access to the villas nestled on the hill convenient and unique. The perfect spot for sunbathing and enjoying a refreshing saltwater swim is Cliffdwellers' one-hundred-foot-long, seaside swimming pool. It's a lovely stroll from here along the shore to the sandy beach, and the reefs off the headlands offer wonderful snorkeling. Within minutes of the hotel is an excellent selection of other beaches on both the Caribbean and Atlantic sides of the island. |
