Description
|
Set in its own secluded gardens The Holt offers spacious self-catering accommodation for up to 6 adults. The master bedroom is en suite with a small patio area. There are a further two double rooms with one bathroom, two sitting rooms, a dining area, kitchen and a large, covered patio area, with barbecue, overlooking the private swimming pool, with spectacular views to the sea and faraway islands. The tropical gardens of nearly an acre boast exotic plants and flowers as well as a year round supply of coconuts and seasonal supply of mangoes, pomegranates, avocados, limes and bananas. Humming birds flit from flower to flower and if you are lucky you will see agoutis and even maybe an iguana. |

Amenities |
Built and equipped as a family home, although more often
than not used by couples, The Holt is both spacious and airy with
stunning views of the Caribbean sea.
Where appropriate ceiling fans are provided although most of the year are not required as the gentle breeze keeps the temperatures very pleasant.

Rate details
The Holt can be booked for three nights to three months,
or longer. Numbers of people can be from 1 - 6. Children under
the age of 14 are not encouraged but can be allowed if we are told in
advance. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remainder is not due until two weeks before the start of the holiday.The deposit is not refundable unless we can let out the house for all or part of your planned stay.
The rates are very simple £400 a week (for stays of less than a week the charge is £60 per night) this covers all utilities, bed linen and towels as well as beach towels . If you want a maid this can be arranged at cost. There is cable television available if you so wish which is also charged at cost. We are very flexible about arrival and departure days & times, if possible whatever is convenient for our guests. |
