Description
Situated on the idyllic Island of Saba in the Netherlands Antilles and perched 1,400 ft above the blue Caribbean, Iris House is one of the best-maintained examples of original Saban cottage architecture.
Saba is a small timeless island that is famed for its pristine dive sites and spectacular scenery. It has a lot to offer for those of an adventurous nature as well as offering a peaceful haven for those who just want to get away from traffic jams and the hustle and bustle of modern day life. |

Amenities |
The living room contains sofas and chairs for lounging around on during the day or night. A home cinema system with multi-region DVD/CD player lets you enjoy our ever growing collection of music. You can keep up with the latest news and entertainment with over 30 cable channels. If you're an underwater video photographer, front panel RCA jacks allow you to watch your video after each dive.
Paintings by local artists, provided by the Peanut Gallery, adorn the walls...
Iris House contains two bedrooms each with their own private en-suite bath/shower room.
The master bedroom contains a magnificent four poster bed which sleeps two.
The second bedroom is comprised of two twin beds that upon request can be combined to form one king-size bed. The set up is perfect for families or couples.
The Annex which has a nautical theme, has a bunkbed which sleeps two, perfect for children.
A fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare everything from a simple snack to a full blown gourmet meal. Give us a shopping list, and we'll have the fridge stocked up for you with your favourite food and drink upon arrival.
Located off the living room and surrounded by lush tropical plants a lovely courtyard dining area awaits you. Perfect for enjoying an early morning breakfast before diving or a lazy evening meal on your return of Saban lobster and fresh vegetables.
The beautifully landscaped garden is home to the pool and an extensive sunning area with ample lounge chairs and a second poolside dining area.
The pool and gardens overlook stunning views of the Caribbean Sea & surrounding mountainous terrain. Perfect for an
enjoyable drink after diving, before dinner or simply to just hang out at under the tropical sun and waving palm trees...
The only house on Saba that has an outside wet bar. Located just off the pool/garden area our gazebo and outside bar has a refrigerator and sink and is perfect for sitting under the shade and enjoying your complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival.
