Description
This exceptional beachfront private home is located just above a beautiful sandy beach on the "isle of spice" - Grenada. This modern villa features a total of five large en-suite bedrooms, terra-cotta flooring, spacious living/dining area, full kitchen, bar, and 800 sq. ft. swimming pool. The entire home was totally renovated in 1995.
The property has lush gardens, exotic tropical foliage and rests on a slight slope above the turquoise and emerald sea. There are expansive terrace and covered deck areas for sunning and relaxing. Although in a quiet setting the home is convenient to the airport, the capital of St. Georgešs, and is adjacent to a premier five-star restaurant. |
