Master suite has a king bed, 2 bedrooms have queen and 1 bedroom has a set of twins. A fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, toaster, coffee pot, etc. is open to the dining area, and bar with additional seating and to living room. Central A/C and ceiling fans throughout. A multitude of decks on the front and a screened porch in back overlook magnificent views of the Sea of Abaco and the Atlantic Ocean. Outside charcoal grill for your ?Catch of the Day?. The deck stairway leads down to the swimming pool. The dock on the Sea of Abaco is shared between Crystal Waters and the villas. Come and relax, enjoy your stay on Elbow Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. Weekly rates for High Season 12/16/2004 to 9/15/2005 1-4 people $3600.00 5-6 people $3900.00 7-8 people $4200.00 9-10 people $4500.00 There is a 20% discount for Off Season. Monthly rates available upon request. Rates subject to change without notice, unless a reservation has been confirmed. Terms: 50% in advance, balance prior to or upon arrival. Refunds for cancellations only if time reserved can be filled by another renter. The house is prepared for your arrival. Extra maid service available by arrangement. Check in time 3:00 pm. Check out time 10:00 am. Bicycles, snorkeling and dive equipment available for rent in town. Boats available for weekly or daily rental. |
