Set high on the hillside in Vitet at the end of a quiet drive, Villa Beau Bijou offers remarkable privacy and peacefulness.
The villa's thoughtful design takes full advantage of the breathtaking sea views from every room. The villa features sophisticated indoor and outdoor living and dining areas making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Amenities |
Bedrooms: All three bedrooms have spectacular ocean views. All have high quality king size beds, fine linens, multiple pillow types, air conditioning, fans, screens. Each has a private ensuite bath with European style shower, double sink, separate toilets and bidets. Hair dryers, full length mirrors, irons and ironing boards are provided.
Indoor/Outdoor Living Rooms: Spacious living room with ceilings made from imported teak from Costa Rica. Fantastic views, comfortable chairs, mahogany and custom maple table, CD jukebox with over 350 itemized CDs, Satellite TV, DVD player with a large selection of films.
Kitchen: Stocked with all new appliances, including a large oven, a gas cook top with a grille, and a wine cooler. Coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and stainless steel BBQ grill.
Pool: the large (13' by 26') pool is heated with solar power and has newly installed tile steps. The pool is surrounded by a 1500 square foot hardwood deck. There are numerous chaise lounges, umbrellas, outdoor chairs and tables and many areas to eat, read and relax.
Extras: The villa has a library with over 200 titles. The office study has 2 fax/phone/data lines and is 100V/220V electrical. Individual electric safes are provided. |
