Description
Maison Rose is an open, spacious villa built partway up the mountain overlooking Toiny Beach on the south side of the posh island of St. Barts. Though it is only minutes from the best restaurants and shopping the Caribbean has to offer, guests enjoy complete privacy in this relaxing, West Indies-style villa. A vast terracotta terrace surrounds each of the three "cases", or separate houses, which are the two private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and the kitchen and living room. It is spacious enough for two couples to share, yet is a romantic villa for one couple, as well.
The terrace tends to be the main living space in this tropical setting, with shaded sitting space for al fresco dining during the warmer hours of the day, under wood portals dripping with pink bougainvillea, and other lounging areas for enjoying the plunge pool, sun and the spectacular view of the sea.
Each room is decorated with attractive dark wood furniture set off by colorful fabrics and white vaulted ceiling rooms into which the sun pours daily and the sound of the surf is ever present. Amenities such as air conditioning, DVD player, fully-equipped kitchen, satellite television, and books for vacation reading give guests the opportunity to just relax and be comfortable. Menus from the best local restaurants are also provided for guests to browse while deciding where to dine, and tips on beaches, dining, shopping and general island living are provided to help assimilate to St. Barts as easily as possible (it isn't hard!). Our friendly French caretaker personally greets guests at the airport and leads them to the villa to show them around, and drinks and hors d'oeuvres await tired travelers upon their arrival. Comfortable and breezy, Maison Rose mediterranean style villa, idealy located in the most quiet area of the island offers fabulous views of Toiny bay from the spacious terraces. The villa features A/C in bedrooms with 2 queens and twin size beds, ensuite bath, and hairdryers. Please note small children are not accepted as the Maison Rose villa is on 3 levels.
