Cabier Ocean Lodge - Grenada’s Hidden Treasure
is an idyllic Caribbean hideaway situated directly on a sandy unspoiled beach perfect for swimming.
Well away from the tourist areas we cater exclusively to guests seeking tranquility at our stunning location in a lush tropical garden overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy a quiet holiday and discover Grenada’s beauty on your own,
or make new friends at our nightly Cabier “Captain’s Table”.
Your Austrian hosts, Eveline and Michael Vogel, would be delighted to arrange outings and special treats.
Our rooms are designed to reflect Grenada`s exotic magic, and are cooled by trade winds and feature a balcony with a fantastic sea view.

Families are welcome, but might prefer our special self catering Mangi House.
Mangi House: our tropical retreat
Artist designed villa available for families and guests desiring privacy and a place to concentrate on creative work. Mangi House is also available for seminars.
Situated in a tropical garden with spacious verandahs overlooking the ocean.
Short walk to beach. self catering kitchen, sleeps 2-6, in 8 minutes walking distance to the Lodge.

Dine on our idyllic restaurant terrace under mango trees overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Once you taste the miracles of Cabier`s kitchen; you would never want to try another restaurant.
Michael and Eveline and her staff work hard to make sure your holiday is happy and stressfree. From the housekeepers to the gardener,
you`ll find a smile on every face as warm as the tropical sunshine.
Eveline and Michael believe that liming is an essential part of a Caribbean holiday.
Their motto is: no pressure – no problem!
Escape for delightful SPA treatments and the aromatherapy in our unique Grenadian spice bath. The certified neurology therapist offers medical massage, reflexology,
anti-stress “top to toe” massage, manual lymphatic drainage, electrotherapy & ultrasonic for pain in the joints and the back.
Cabier Ocean Lodge sits on a remote picturesque rocky peninsular.
Enjoy the ‘lighthouse’ experience sitting in the manor stone house salon. Watch the play of waves all around the house.
Enjoy the sunrise from the luxury of your bed surrounded by natural tropical scenery or unwind in our hammocks.

Wireless Lan Internet access in the lodge, safety box, laundry facilities, games,
taxi service and sightseeing tours starting directly from the Lodge.
We can arrange sailing tours around Grenada (if reserved in advance).
Your rental car will be delivered directly to our lodge without extra costs.
Owing to the remote location, guests who hire vehicles are advised to specify 4x4.
For rent: sea kayak for two persons, snorkeling and fishing equipment, archery equipment, “Nordic walking” sticks for hiking. Our beach is safe for swimming

For celebrations & weddings we organize whatever features the guests choose.
The Cabier Ocean Lodge hosts Eveline and Michael Vogel from Austria speak English and German.

For the more active guests: archery lessons, cliff top hiking and many nature trails for Nordic walking.
Restaurant: The chef offers cooking workshops for guests who are interested in Creole cuisine and health drinks with Grenada´s spices. Try our real Italian coffee specialities or join us for a rum tasting. We will prepare your lobster or fish catch with home grown vegetables and herbs.

Activities and Attractions |
The imaginative hosts know the island well, and can suggest interesting ways to explore Grenada. You can visit the picturesque town, see how the island's spices are processed, and tour an organic chocolate factory. Sometimes your hosts will tell stories in the evening, or invite you to visit Florence's rumshop for the best chocolate cake on the island.
For those interested in diving, Michael will help you explore the still pristine dive sites on the east coast of the island.
Snorkel around Cabier peninsula or Michael offers you a archery instruction.
We can organize sailing tours – if reserved in advance.
Enjoy the adventure of a nature walk with Andy and experience the unique beauty of unspoiled beaches, waterfalls and the tropical forest with its cinnamon, nutmeg and cacao trees. Perhaps you will see rare birds and butterflies.
We will prepare your lobster or fish catch with home grown vegetables and herbs.

In this still undeveloped part of the island, at weekends you can have friendly contact

40.- to 45,- US$ for a singlebed room per night with balcony directly to the sea.
60.- to 100 US$ for a doublebed room per night with balcony directly to the sea.
100.- to 120 US Honeymoonsuite – the couple will be surprised by the hosts with a special service!
Family offers for US$ 150 to 170 per day:
For 2 adults with up to 3 children under 12 years and a baby.
3700.- to 4600 US$ for renting the entire guesthouse excl. Mangihouse per week.
700.- to 800,- US$ for our tropical retreat "Mangi House" for 4 to 6 guests
(self catering)
No charge for children under 12 years if they stay in a “Superior” room with two adults.
Our beach is suitable and safe for children.
We accept payment in USD, Euro, CAD cash, traveller checks.
Master and Visa card only for lodging payment and for a longer stay.
