Description
We are pleased to offer one of the most scenic properties in the Caribbean, Sunset Valley Estate. Sunset Valley Estate is located above Englishman's Bay along the Caribbean Sea on the northern coast of Tobago. This area, between the villages of Castara and Parlatuvier, is considered the most lovely and tranquil region of Tobago. The villa is perched along a ridge overlooking picturesque Englishman's Bay and the Caribbean, surrounded by three acres of lush, mature landscaping and orchards. It is truly something special. Sunset Valley's large and comfortable verandas command one of the most breath-taking panoramas you will ever experience.
Sunset Valley's location allows you a variety of options. You can enjoy Tobago's lovely beaches, hike in the tropical rainforest, golf at one of the island's championship courses, scuba, snorkel, fish, sail, take a helicopter tour or simply take advantage of the villa's casual comfort...lay by the pool, enjoy a book while lounging in one of the hammocks, or spy on the large variety of colorful birds who also enjoy the delights of Sunset Valley.
The tropical breezes, which cool the estate, are enhanced throughout the villa by ceiling fans (two of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with bathrooms ensuite). The bedrooms' cool and airy interiors combined with the estate's seclusion promise a most restful and refreshing sleep. Sunset Valley can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Two of the bedrooms have both double and twin beds. The third bedroom has twins and there are two full-size futon beds in the great room. We will gladly mix and match the bedroom layouts to fit your requirements.
Sunset Valley offers a fully equipped kitchen for your needs, including dishware, utensils, linens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range and oven. The villa's large kitchen area opens into a spacious great room, perfect for families and casual entertaining. There is satellite TV, VCR, DVD and a large variety of movies for your enjoyment. All rooms open onto the large, covered wrap-around veranda and enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean (front) or the rainforest (back). The villa's large (15' x 35') pool is surrounded by a huge patio with a lovely array of plants, flowers, and comfortable loungers and chairs, as well as an outdoor shower for your convenience.
