Description
New Timbers is a modern 3 bed roomed villa situated in the popular Bon Accord area, only a short drive from the airport with the popular beaches of Store Bay and Pigeon Point, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms (1 ensuite), a twin bedroom and a further bathroom. The bedrooms are all fully air conditioned, tastefully decorated and furnished, with pitched roof ceilings and a small safe available for the use of our guests. There is a generous living area, which is air conditioned, with attractive pitched roof ceilings, ceiling fans, cable TV, radio/ cd player, telephone and French doors leading out to the covered veranda and pool area. The pool is 18ft x 30ft with depths of 2ft – 5ft 6in.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric hob and oven, toaster oven, toaster, electric kettle, electric blender, microwave oven, dishwasher and a large fridge/ freezer. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier. A large gas bbq is situated on the veranda for outside cooking where there is an additional table and chairs for alfresco dining.
There is off street parking for 2 cars with plenty of additional parking available on the street outside. Other facilities available:

Activities and Attractions |
The beautiful Caribbean island of Tobago is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday away from the stresses of everyday life. However, if lying on a beautiful beach all day is not for you then there is a lot to see and do on the island with activities to suit all ages and abilities.
Water sports include diving, snorkelling, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, kite surfing and swimming. The island also boasts two18-hole golf courses. Alternatively, take a trip to the beautiful rainforest to see Tobago 's fantastic birdlife, flora and fauna or visit the world renowned bird sanctuary on Little Tobago Island to see the famous Frigate birds.
Alternatively hire a car and drive around the island and enjoy stunning views, beautiful deserted beaches and meet the warm and friendly Tobagonians when you stop at the small fishing villages to enjoy a cold beer and a bite to eat. Whatever makes your perfect holiday, Tobago has it all! |
