Description
Kiskadee is a luxury three-bedroom villa, very spacious, air conditioned and with a private pool, ideal for your holidays in Tobago. It was built in 2004/2005 and is situated in the popular, quiet Bon Accord area of Tobago.
There is easy access to restaurants, beaches, shops, bank and the airport and all are within 5-10 minutes walk from the villa. Tobago boasts championship golf courses, great fishing and a variety of water-sports. The rainforest is famous as the oldest protected rainforest in the western hemisphere and hosts a vast range of birds and wildlife. You can also see amazing bird life surrounding the villa or at the marshland that is within 5 minutes walk of kiskadee. With all the above, idyllic beaches, great food and the islands laid back approach to life, you can see why Tobago is considered the jewel of the Caribbean. |

Villa Kiskadee is a privately-owned villa in Tobago and is available for rental all year round.
The Villa has three double bedrooms and the master bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed. The Villa will comfortably sleep six people but can accommodate up to eight people if children are sharing the master bedroom on the sofa bed. There is a large, open-plan sitting room with Cable TV, telephone and CD/Radio, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a shaded patio area with additional seating, which overlooks the private 30ft swimming pool. The Villa also benefits from an outside BBQ area, utility room (washing and drying facilities) and driveway parking for one car.
All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and the master bedroom is en suite and contains a safe for the storage of valuables.
Our housekeeper services the villa six times a week, providing fresh towels and bed linen. The housekeeper can also provide additional services via separate arrangement, such as babysitting, cooking meals and personal laundry. The pool and gardens are also tended several times weekly.
The Villa is enclosed, within a popular residential area called Bon Accord. There is easy access to restaurants, beaches, shops, bank and the airport. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request, or if you prefer, we can recommend reliable and cost-effective car rental firms to meet you at the airport.
Provided within the Villa are numerous books, guides and leaflets to what Tobago has to offer. Whether you want to relax on the beach and read in the sun or learn to dive, play golf, go sailing or watch the birds, we can point you in the right direction and ensure you make the most of your holiday! |
