Description
11° North Lodge is situated in a private home, surrounded by lush gardens, and a private pool. The hammock, table & chairs in the gazebo provide added relaxation while observing the many tropical birds. Take pleasure in exploring the natural world surrounding the 11° North Lodge. You will find an abundance of banana, coconut, soursop, plantain and other fruit trees and elegant palms. Livingroom downstairs Listen for the distinctive voice of a heron flying overhead. See if you can spot the tiny nests of the resident hummingbirds. These discoveries are just a few to savor while sipping tea or reclining poolside before sunset.
The ground floor apartment sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms, with remote controlled air conditioning. The spacious living room & kitchen are open plan; fully equipped, with cable TV & electronic safe. The living room looks out to the pool which has internal seating and night lights.
Livingroom upstairs The upper apartment is fully airconditioned. Sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms. The kitchen and living room are spacious and fully equipped with washing machine & cable TV. The living room and master bedroom open to a covered veranda/outdoor dining area; which overlooks the pool and lush gardens.
The Lodge is in the quiet residential village of Carnbee, in southwest Tobago, midway Gazebo between the Caribbean & Atlantic Oceans. A 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches, PGA golf courses or Scarborough. Only a short 300 m walk to the village centre which has a well stocked supermarket, friendly rum shop, pub with restaurant, pharmacy and a few shops. |

# The money is Trnidad and Tobago dollars(TT) with the exchange rate of 1us=6TT. Most businesses accept credit cards, visa and master card prefered.
# The electricity used is 110volts with 60MTz, They are on the american system so europeans need to carry adaptors or transformers.
# Cell Service: only a few companies have roaming contracts with the local carrier TSTT a Tri band phone is important. |
