This 3 bedroomed Villa offers superb Accommodation in Grenada at the most affordable rates. We can also offer an Oceanfront Apartment near to the villa
Gardenia Cottage is a rental villa located in Coral Cove, Lance aux Epines ( one of the most desirable locations in Grenada ). This Caribbean Villa is tastefully decorated throughout in cool tropical colours and the Villas picture perfect gardens feature an attractive pool - ideal for cooling down on hot afternoons. The Villas master bedrooms have en suites and air-conditioning.
A short path leads from the front of the Villa to a small secluded beach. There are a selection of fine restaurants and bars within easy reach of the Villa, and a small minimarket is at the nearby Marina.
We offer a complimentary airport transfer service to the Villa, and we can arrange a welcome food pack. The villa rental rate also includes a housekeeping service giving you more time to relax and enjoy your stay in Grenada.

Apartment in Grenada
The Apartment is located some 200 yards from the villa and represents excellent value for couples or smaller families and benefits from stunning views of coral reefs and tropical mountains
We have a 41' yacht and guests staying in our Accommodation in Grenada ( our villa or apartment ) can arrange one or more days sailing. Typically we sail the azure seas of Grenada with breathtaking views of the island, stopping for a leisurely lunch in the crystal clear waters of a beautiful bay where snorkeling in Grenada is at it's best.
The pool and gardens are maintained to a high standard, and there are a selection of sun loungers and a BBQ available for your use. The garden and swimming pool area enjoys complete seclusion, and a pool light provides an attractive evening feature

Gardenia Cottage can accommodate 6 people comfortably in three bedrooms ( there is a kingsize double room, a standard double room and a twin singles room ( a foldaway camp bed and travel cot are available if required )
The villa facilities include Cable TV, Hi-Fi, telephone, pay as you go internet connection, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, large fridge freezer, and air-conditioning.
All linen and towels are provided and a full maid and laundry service is included at no extra cost. Our friendly housekeeper can also provide a babysitting and cooking service for a small additional fee
The roof terrace with it's pretty sea views is the perfect place during the day to sample Grenada's rum punches watching yachts sail past whilst by night enjoy the cool breezes and spectacular starlit sky's |
