Description
Kas na Nort, House facing North, is an elegant, brand new villa built in a unique setting. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms it easily sleeps ten people. Looking out from the cliff at the back of the house, there is nothing between you and the sea splashing high against the rugged coast in the distance but a protected natural area. Although you could imagine yourself in some remote place, the villa is securely situated within the friendly neighbourhood of Sunset Heights.
Your vacation villa is your temporary home, and that is exactly what the owners had in mind fitting out the house. You want to be comfortable in the living room watching TV or listening to music, but you will also like to stretch out in the deck chairs along the pool or dream away in the hammock on the porch. Watch TV also from your bed in the master bedroom or just enjoy the view through the French doors leading to the balcony. Prepare a dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or have a poolside barbecue. Everything is ready, waiting for you. Our experienced caretakers, Arend and Ety, will teach you the ropes around the house, will pick you up at the airport (and take you back on departure day) and will see to it that a rental car is ready at the house, if this is what you desire. |

Downstairs, there are two bedrooms in the right wing, ‘the yellow room’ and ‘the aquamarine room’ with sliding doors to the porch. These bedrooms are connected by a small hallway that also leads to the green bathroom equipped with two washbasins, a shower and a toilet. The left wing comprises the two ‘pink rooms’ and a bathroom. The pink room at the rear has its own entrance and a kitchenette with a gas stove and a refrigerator.
Upstairs, the stairs lead to a landing which includes a kitchenette with an electric stove and a refrigerator. The landing gives access to a large balcony facing north and with beautiful views. It also leads to ‘the blue room’, which is the master bedroom. There, a walk-in closet provides ample room for your personal belongings. French doors lead to the balcony, where you will find a table with comfortable chairs, but also two deck chairs. The roomy ‘master’ bathroom contains a double washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet.
All bedrooms are accommodated with silent split-unit air conditioners, built-in closets and full-length mirrors (except the pink living/bedroom). All bedding and linens (including beach towels) are supplied. The whole house is equipped with 220 Volt power sockets. In addition, the kitchens also provide 110 Volt sockets. A sun boiler provides warm water throughout the house. |
