Description
The neighbourhood of Jan Sofat is situated at the east side of Curaçao and is built around the peninsulas which dot the famous ‘Spanish Waters’. These large waters have a small entrance from the sea and are extremely suitable for all kinds of water sports. Many VIP’s do have their own sailboat here!
From your condo you will have beautiful views over the Spanish Waters and the Caribbean Sea. On bright days you can see the misty mountains of Venezuela at the far end.
Jan Sofat is definitely the most upscale area of Curaçao. It offers you outstanding safety amidst the most beautiful villas of the island. All the homes are free standing and built in lush gardens.
You cannot miss the feel of real luxury when staying in this part of the island!
Many beaches, such as Jan Thiel Beach and Barbara Beach are close by. But even downtown Willemstad, with the Seaquarium and its historical downtown (Unesco World Heritage site), can be reached within a 15 minutes drive.
The condo covers almost the whole ground floor of the villa. It surfaces about 90 m2 (which is about 1000 sq feet) and is really spacious. As it will be newly decorated in November 2006, you can expect European/US standards.
A large and very lush garden will give you a real ‘tropical holiday’ feeling.
You can use the large private pool which belongs to the villa, you only share this pool with the two inhabitants of the upper Floor (who are the owners of the villa Kas di Bula, which is also for rent).
Don’t worry for your privacy as this condo is built in a very clever way, which divides the upper and lower floor very well. The pool is situated between the two levels.
Curaçao means you will have a wonderful stay where a mixture of beautiful sceneries, a lot of sunshine and many things to do, determine the major part of your holiday. The people welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel at home at once.
