Stroll from your west facing veranda down a path and steps right onto the rocks at the end of the beach. The cottage is built just above the delightful near-deserted Tom's Bay cove with its rocky outcrops and sandy inlets. Warm swimming and good snorkelling right outside your holiday home.
This small, cleverly designed cottage has everything you need to enjoy the perfect waterside holiday. Thoughtfully equipped, compact and easy to manage, this cosy home has a simplicity which befits its peaceful location set among trees and colourful gardens. You are surrounded by trees and hear only birdsong and the sound of the surf breaking just below. Superb views over Hillsborough Bay and the out-islands to the western horizon. |

Amenities |
900 sq ft (87 sq m). 2 small double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest room has a double four poster and a single bed. Compact sitting/dining area opens to large, wrap around, part-covered veranda directly overlooking the bay. The veranda has recently been extended to offer even more out door living space and the choice of sun or shade in the heat of the day. Simple airy kitchen, laid out to ensure that the cook of the day is part of the party and gets to see the views as well as pass the ice. White ceramic floors throughout.

* Well equipped kitchen with stove, fridge freezer, everything you need to cater for 4 persons.
* Ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
* Fully screened windows & doors.
* Linens and towels provided.
* Telephone.
* Includes 2 mornings per week maid service - more by arrangement.
* Jeep rental recommended but not essential.
* 10 minute walk through trees to daytime bus service to town, stores, restaurants.
* Local tour boats to the out-islands pick you up from the beach right below your cottage. |
