Description
|
The "Studio Cottage Efficiency" is a modern one room free standing building (“cottage house”) featuring a large main room with vaulted wooden ceiling plus separate small modern kitchen behind an alcove, and a lovely Italian tiled bathroom. There is also a loft area for storage located above the kitchen & bathroom. The main room (full bedroom plus table & chairs leading to the full kitchenette has a ceiling fan and a large air conditioner (18,000 BTUs). There is a private front & small side yard. This apartment is located at southeast end of our main compound. The ceiling is pickled wood and is really cute. Of course all the amenities of our Bakval Villas (2 blocks to the beach and Marriott, near transportation, restaurants, wind surfing, water sports, tennis, golf etc.). This building is about 310 sq. ft. Cable TV, A/C, hot water, window screens, ceiling fan, outdoor table and chairs. |
