This lovely garden villa is reminiscent of a Jamaican style villa. It is a unique property that because of it's design, is available as a 2 bedroom / 2 bath private villa or you can include one or more of the attached guest rooms to become a 3 or 4 bedroom villa each with private bath. Actuall up to 6 bedrooms & Bathrooms! The guest rooms can also be rented individually as they are attached with a private entrance to the side and back corners with separate entrance gates and fenced area thus ensuring privacy. This beautiful ranch style home features a lush garden setting, and is surrounded by palm trees on an exceptionally large, landscaped property. The home features two large air-conditioned (split unit) master bedrooms (one with king-size bed & the other with two full-size beds), each with private bathrooms and cable TV. Then we offer an additional large air conditioned guest bedroom, located in the front of the house with private entrance through a sliding glass door. |

It has twin beds, pushed together for couples and garden area with chairs. There is also a fourth small air conditioned guest bedroom, which is attached to the house that has a separate entrance facing the rear of the property. It has one full size bed and private bathroom. Therefore, this villa can be available as, a 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom home (each bedroom is air-conditioned and has it's own private bathroom). Each room is positioned for privacy to the house, yet may have easy access if rented together. The air conditioned living room has triple sliding glass doors on both the front and back (opens by full 2/3) leading into large covered front and rear patios for lounging and dining. The rear patio further extends onto a large sun deck with lounge chairs & barbecue. The large fully equipped kitchen with eat-in breakfast area has doors to the living room and rear porch for easy entertaining.
This lovely home is spacious and airy and has lots of space and patios for entertaining. The property is large enough to use as a base for large groups and functions. Cable TV, VCR, and utilities are included on weekly rentals, exclusive for monthly rentals. This is one of the best locations available in Aruba. Some other features include fully fenced property, window screens, lots of closets, hot water (unusual for Aruba), security safety features, washing machine, and a quiet beautiful setting. The above listed Bakval Garden villa may be combined with an adjoining guest cottage and the full 1 bedroom apartment to form a 5 or 6 bedroom compound. Each has privacy, yet may have access to the common garden and yard area. These are all located on 1800 square meters of fenced landscaped land. Ideal for parties, gatherings and group events with a total of 6 air conditioned bedrooms, plus living rooms and lots of other space that could accommodate more.
