Description

This lovely villa is located at short walking distance about two blocks just across from the Marriott Hotel and windsurfing beaches, in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Aruba. The villa features a bright spacious formal living room with windows on all sides, high vaulted wood carved ceilings, combined with a traditional style dining room that is large enough for the whole family (Air- Conditioned). The double french doors (and plenty of windows) lead outside to the covered patio, pool and garden area. The house gives you the warm feeling of plenty of space, it's bright and breezy. The large pool features a lovely tiled sun deck and tropical garden surrounding with plenty of palm trees. A huge fully equipped kitchen with ceiling fans, an extra large family room with tall ceilings (very spacious and beautifully decorated) along with plenty of windows keep the island breezes flowing through out the house(this room does not have AC). |

The 1st level has 4 bedrooms (each with king beds)and 3 bathrooms, Air-Conditioning and plenty of closet space. The upper level has 2 bedrooms, each with king size bed, french doors leading to viewing balcony and share a large bathroom (shower), dressing (makeup mirror) area with 2 walk-in closet. The garden is nicely landscaped, you'll find an outdoor sitting and entertainment area. This house is ideal for larger groups who need five and six bedrooms and lots of family room living space.

Area:
Bakval is one of Aruba's nicest residential communities located just across from the Marriott hotel. Homes in this area are exceptionally well located for the vacationer, only a two-block walk to beautiful beaches by the hotels as well as the very quiet stretch of beach on the opposite side of the Marriott.
Take a very short walk to the high-rise hotels and the most popular wind surfing area. Only a few minutes ride to 'Restaurant Row', tennis club, golf course and eight minutes to town. This location is near water-sports, casinos, restaurants and horseback riding. Bakval is a very desirable community and the area is considered safe and quiet. |
