This brand new deluxe villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and features central air conditioning, a private pool, beautiful ceramic tile deck area, with gas bar-b-que, and covered shaded patio with tables and chairs. From the pool area French doors lead to the living room, has an extra large (62 inch) TV screen and deluxe entertainment, Cable, VCR, CD, tape deck, stereo system. The large eat-in-kitchen is completely set up with coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher and separate laundry room with washer/dryer and hot water heater. The bedrooms are all queen size beds, and master suite has a canopy bed with entrance to pool and small sitting patio over looking the pool. There is a large landscaped yard and fenced property surrounding this lovely home and a front sitting patio where you can view the sunset over the distant view of the ocean.
