Description
Welcome to Aruba Dreaming. Ours is a single-family, two-story, beachfront home that's located straight across from the only sandy beach on Malmok. The beach is ideal for sunbathing; and the water offers one of the best snorkeling areas on the island. The house is located less than one mile from wind- and kite-surfing, and four miles from downtown Oranjestad. The house has five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own air-conditioning units. Views from the living room and master bedroom are spectacular! Enjoy watching the sunset from your own private porch, or from the spacious balcony off the master bedroom. The back of the house is private, and has a large swimming pool. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own private bathroom, a sitting area, and large sliding glass doors that open up to a fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean. A second bedroom/office is also upstairs. Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living area is very open and spacious. It consists of a fully-equipped, modern kitchen with breakfast bar, which opens up to the backyard. The dining area is directly adjoining the kitchen; and it flows into the living room which has ample sitting areas to take in the views. All of these areas are fully air-conditioned with independent controls. There is a TV/VCR/stereo in the living room. There's a washer and dryer on the premises. And maid service is provided daily. All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. All utilities are included except for international phone calls. We hope you'll enjoy our home as much as we do. And we just ask you -- please do NOT smoke and do NOT bring pets. |
