The Villa is fairly new and was recently refurbished and decorated. It is located in the exclusive Palm Beach area of Aruba, one block from the beach, resort hotels, casinos and restaurants. Our Villa offers all of the amenities necessary to ensure that you and your family and guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, however long, in the island paradise of Aruba. The Villa has a large living room with a dramatic cathedral ceiling, equipped with cable television, DVD and CD players. It is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans throughout, and furnished in the “tropical style.” A gated privacy wall surrounds the Villa with lush island landscaping in the enclosed garden. It has a new pool with sunbathing chaises, a pergola for poolside lunches or cocktails, a gas BBQ grill, outdoor shower and a covered porch for outdoor dining. There is a separate formal dining room with seating for 8 to 10. It includes a sit-down bar with a convenient pass-through to the adjacent kitchen. |
