Description
Bellavista is a Mediterranean-style, three-story villa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Privately situated on one and one-half landscaped acres with a free form 20-foot by 40-foot pool.
Each floor is a self-contained, 2400-square-foot, three-bedroom suite beautifully furnished with a mix of antique and modern furniture. Each suite has a large covered veranda, completely furnished with outdoor dining, barbecue, and comfortable lounge furniture. All bedrooms have full en suite baths and balconies overlooking the ocean. These suites can be rented individually or combined to accommodate up to 18 guests.
In addition, we have just built a lovely 1 bedroom "honeymoon" suite over the poolhouse.
From the balconies, there are spectacular, 360 degree, scenic views of St. Martin, St. Kitts, St. Barts, Saba, and of course Prickly Pear, Dog Island, and Sandy Island on the Atlantic side. Probably the best view on the island! The goat path is a 5 minute walk down to beautiful Road Bay Beach and all its beach restaurants and clubs.
Bellavista is located in the centre of Anguilla, so all of our fabulous beaches are very accessable. 3 great restaurants are within walking distance on South Hill!
