Description

Located at Pleasant Harbor, about 3 miles northwest of Nichols Town on North Andros, "Knoll's Landing" is a fabulously secluded hideaway. Its perfect for bonefishing, snorkeling, reef fishing and beachcombing. You can actually wade out and go bonefishing on the flats just a few hundred yards away, but Knolls Landing will also arrange for fishing boats and guides. Snorkeling, walking the empty beaches "shelling" or watching for the dolphin that feed here in the shallow waters are favorite pastimes of non-fishermen. |

The Upper Deck Apartment: with large deck overlooking the azaure waters of the bay and the white sand beach. Maximum of 3 persons with 1 queen size bed and 1 day bed. Full kitchen, bath, and sitting/dining area.
* The Gazebo Apartment: Large unit with king size bed and sitting area. Large bath, with sliding door to the beach. No kitchen facility. Has refrigerator, coffee pot and toaster. Maximum of 2 persons.
* The Cottage: maximum of 4 persons. Full kitchen, bathroom, sitting/dining area, and a large screened porch. |

Activities and Attractions |

For fishing and watersports, "Andros Angler" Rodney Miller will be your guide. Captain. Rodney was born on Andros and has lived here all his life. He knows these waters better than anyone. He has been a commerial diver and fisherman for most of his life. He is truly a man of the Sea. He lives at Knoll's Landing and can serve your every water sports needs. When it comes to bonefishing, tarpon and permit on the Flats, he is the "mon". He will take you to the World Famous "Joulter Cay's" only minutes away from your doorstep. Step onto the dock just outside your front door, onto your flats boat and you are on your way to Bonefish World. On the miles of flats, Rodney will take you to some of his very own special spots. If reef fishing, snorkeling, or spearfishing for grouper, snapper, and lobster is what you like, Rodney can take you out on a 15ft Boston Whaler or for larger groups or deeper water, on a 28ft. sportfishing dive boat called "Early Dawn". |

Knoll's Landing provides three accomodations:
* The Upper Deck Apartment:

* The Cottage:
Maximum of 4 persons with 2 twin beds and 1 full size bed. Full kitchen, bathroom, sitting/dining area, and a large screened porch. $225.00 per night, $1,575.00 per week.
50% Deposit required for confirmation of reservation.

SPORTFISHING GUIDE & 28' Sportfishing boat

All reservation require a 50% deposit to hold your booking for boat & guide each day, balance due 30 days before arrival date. |
