This large one bedroom villa which features a private fresh water pool and terrace bordering right on Simpson Bay Lagoon, the largest in the Caribbean, can make your visit a vacation to remember for a life time. Sint Maarten (Dutch) and Saint Martin (French) share 36 square miles of tropical splendor.

Located on Simpson Bay Lagoon at "Point De Venezia" in the gated community of Point Pirouette, Villa Les Poissons is waiting to be your escape to paradise...
The first floor features a large open spacious living room with windows and two glass French doors opening onto the deck, where your private fresh water swimming pool awaits you. From the deck you have a panoramic view of Simpson Bay Lagoon and the Dutch and French countryside. The living room has full and queen size futon sofa along with cable television and a DVD/VCR for your enjoyment. Located in the rear half of the downstairs is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with an island bar. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer in the rear. The downstairs full size bathroom with shower is located just off the kitchen next to the spiral staircase to the upper level. Upstairs you will find a beautifully decorated bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in-closet, and large bathroom with extra large shower and vanity. From your bedroom window you can contemplate and relax while enjoying the splendid view of the lagoon.
Other amenities include maid service (bi-weekly), air-conditioning downstairs and up, small charcoal grill on the deck, ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Also included in the rental is a welcoming survival package and you will be escorted and shown the way to the villa upon your arrival. |

Rate details
All you have to do to plan your trip to Sint Maarten and stay at Villa Les Poissons is to e-mail me with the week(s) you would like to stay. A normal week starts on Saturday at 4pm and checkout is at 10am the following Saturday, but other arrangements for arrival and departing days can be made depending on previous bookings. After receiving a confirmation of availability, a 20% deposit will hold your week(s).
