Description
Villa Sunscape is a secluded private paradise, offering spectacular panoramic views of the cruise ship docks and the town. It is a truly relaxing vacation home that is centrally located.
LOCATION: Enjoy your morning coffee on the gallery. Watch the cruise ships as they arrive in the port. Play a round of golf at the challenging Mahogany Run Golf Course, only a ten minute drive away. Or, you can play tennis at one of the resorts. If shopping is your thing, the stores of St Thomas await you mere minutes away at the bottom of the hill. Relax in the villa’s private pool. Stretch out on the lounge chairs to read, sunbathe or take a nap. All this and the sunrises and sunsets are... spectacular !
Villa Sunscape is conveniently situated in the middle of the island: 15 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the ferry to St. John, 10 minutes to fantastic Magen’s Bay (always on everyone’s list of the most beautiful beaches in the Carribean). There are several wonderful restaurants within a five minute drive.
CHARM: Cheryl and Steve, who live across the driveway in a separate building on the property, are in the destination wedding business. They may hold a small wedding (which is usually between 4-12 people)in the gazebo abutting the villa. All weddings take place during the day and have no impact on tenants of Villa Sunscape. Guests have always told us that they enjoy this unique feature of our villa. You may even get a piece of the wedding cake! |

You enter via the great room, its space incorporating a comfortable living room (with cable TV and VCR), dining room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen (including blender, microwave, Cuisinart, and dishwasher). Sliding glass doors lead to the pool and the gallery with harbor view.
The house contains three bedrooms, each with bathroom ensuite. The master bedroom is just a few steps up from the great room, with its own sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and harbor view. It has a four-poster, kingsize bed, and an enclosed garden shower. The other two bedrooms are on the lower level, reached by staircase from the great room. One has a kingsize bed; the other has two twins which can be made up as a king if desired. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors to its own private balcony overlooking the garden and harbor. All three bedrooms have large closets with built-in drawers.
There are ceiling fans in every room of the villa and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. There is usually a breeze outside on the gallery and pool area. There is ample sun for the sun-bathers, and always some shade for those who wish to avoid it. There is a gas BBQ grill in the pool area and a dining table and chairs on the gallery, which is always a favorite spot to eat. We supply bed linens, towels and beach towels. We have Scrabble and other games, a CD player, and cable TV in the living room.
We know that you will enjoy your Villa Sunscape vacation: our guests always tell us that they find our villa to be a wonderfully relaxing and comfortable place to spend a vacation.
