Description
The two-acre estate is set in beautifully landscaped grounds fringed by giant Samaan trees and decorated with brilliantly colored shrubs such as bougainvillea, tropical palms and other exotic species. The estate is a veritable retreat and the absence of traffic means that the only sound to be heard is birdsong or the waves on the beach.
The Villas on the estate are attractively situated around a large swimming pool. In addition each villa has its own private Jacuzzi/plunge pool.
Villa Teak is one of the five luxurious villas from the select development overlooking the championship golf course at Mount Irvine Bay, just minutes from the beach and enjoying stunning views of the golf course and Caribbean Sea.

Full time maintenance and gardening staff ensure the facilities are kept in excellent condition at all times. The estate is securely fenced with remote control gate entry and 24 hour security to ensure guests enjoy privacy. The villa has its own housekeeper who, in addition to cleaning the villa 6 days a week, will be pleased on request to prepare delicious local dishes or to baby-sit.
The villa has three en-suite double bedrooms sleeping up to 8, with fans and air-conditioning. The master bedroom, on the ground floor, has direct access to the large heated, Jacuzzi/plunge pool, whilst the other two bedrooms on the first floor have a private balcony as well as access to the upper veranda, with breathtaking views of the beautiful surroundings, ideal for sunbathing or just relaxing. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has two queen size beds. Inside, the cool, airy rooms are tastefully furnished.
The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. Outside, the spacious shady veranda offers relaxing loungers, a dining table and hammock. The villa can accommodate 6-8 people. With only 3 other villas, not all of which are rented out, the pool is never crowded and is large enough for an enjoyable swim.
Other villa amenities: Gas barbecue, hairdryers in each of the 3 ensuite bathrooms and an iron and ironing board.

Activities and Attractions |
The Tobago Carnival takes place during February when the island goes wild with song, dance and costume. Flights and accommodation tends to be very booked up at this time so book early!
In May, Angostura Tobago Sail Week is a regular event with participants from all over the world.
The Tobago Heritage Festival takes place from mid July to 1st. August giving a glimpse into Tobago's past, its traditions and its beliefs. Activities occur daily, moving from village to village with song, dance and drama such as an Ole Time Wedding, a Wake, Bongo and the famous Goat and Crab Races.
Tobago is rich in history. There are several forts on the island and you will want to visit Fort George and the museum.
The Island has the oldest protected rainforest reserve and many old plantations. There are spectacular waterfalls and a variety of historical sites to visit. Bird watching is a major attraction, with a vast array of beautiful local birds. Mountain bike hire can be arranged or horseback rides on the beach.
Tobago is renowned for its beautiful pristine sandy beaches where all manner of water sports can be enjoyed. Scuba diving, snorkeling (especially in The Coral Gardens within the spectacular Buccoo Reef), sailing and cruising are all readily available with several local boat owners offering glass bottomed boat trips, hobie cat sailing, water skiing, wake boarding, kite surfing and kayaking. Or you could try the thrill of big game fishing, deep sea fishing, bottom/wreck fishing and fly fishing. A special feature of Tobago is turtle watching, as the Giant Leatherback Turtle nests on the Stonehaven and Courland beaches between March and August.

The following rates are for our stunning villa for up to 8 guests. Included in our rates are:
Airport transfers

Low Season (16 April to 15 December)
£160 per night
High Season (6 January to 15 April)
£215 per night
Christmas/New Year (16 December to 5 January)
£295 per night - minimum 2 week booking
Payment Terms
30% deposit required with balance due 8 weeks before departure. A damage deposit of 2 nights' rental will be required prior to arrival and will be refunded as soon as possible after departure, less damages and any telephone charges (as charged by TSTT ).
Extras
We will be pleased to arrange the following additional facilities for you:
Car hire (with pick up directly from the airport on arrival or, if you prefer, to be brought to the villa the following day).
Food on arrival - we can supply a "starter pack" of grocery items to be purchased for you and/or a meal prepared for you on arrival.
Telephone - the telephone in the villa will only permit local calls. We can arrange for you to be provided with TSTT Companion Cards to allow for international calls to be made up to preset amounts (from about £2.30 to £11.50).
