Description
"Beach Music" is a private hillside villa, situated directly over the Royal St. Kitts Golf Course and the beach, with panoramic ocean views from every room. Only the 14th and 16th fairways separate you from Half Moon Bay Beach. The view is spectacular, quiet and private and faces the cooling breeze of the trade winds.
The main house features a Great Room for dining, cooking or sitting and a large master bedroom, all of which face the 44 foot long swimming pool and ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The queen size master bedroom features a large ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and indoor / outdoor showers.

High Season - December 15 to April 16
Main House Only $ 2200 per week
Main House and Guest Suite $ 3000 per week
Low Season - April 17 to December 14
Main House Only $ 1500 per week
Main House and Guest Suite $ 2400 per week
Cricket World Cup $ 5000 per week
Additional 9.5% government tax required
Maximum occupancy is 6 people and minimum stay is 7 nights. Smoking is limited to outside the villa. Reservations will be held for 3 days pending receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total price. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We gladly accept personal checks, money orders and wire transfers.
Deposit is refundable, less 20% service charge, for cancellations received no later than 60 days prior to stay and 50% refundable, less 20% service charge, with 30 to 59 days notice or in full if re-booked minus 20% service
