Description The Villa - Pavilions Pavilions is situated in Lance aux Epines, at the top of Hummingbird Drive, with wonderful open views over the Marina at Prickly Bay. It is a luxury Villa equipped to the very highest standards with air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is a Master Bedroom with shower room en suite and its own private veranda. Two further double bedrooms with shower room. A spacious sitting room/diner with French doors onto a large veranda. The kitchen has an island and is fully fitted. Gas hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker etc. Outside there is a lovely private swimming pool, deck, Gazebo and b-b-q. You can wander round the tropical gardens and pick limes, lemons, oranges, grapefruit and mangoes (when in season). We offer laundry and maid service 5 days a week and The maid is willing to cook for you by arrangement, and also baby sit. The Villa is within easy walking distance of the local beach and of a wide choice of restaurants. There is a mini-market at the near by Marina. Banks, supermarkets and the famous Grand Anse Beach are only 10 minutes drive. The Villa is only 10 minutes from the airport. We want to make your holiday in Grenada, the beautiful Island of Spice, as magical as we possibly can - our motto is Amenities   Villa Pavilions is located at the top of Hummingbird Drive in the residential area of L?Anse aux ?pines. The villa has superb views of the famous yacht anchorage in Prickly Bay, a firm favourite with visiting yachts. This is a very comfortable and well equipped villa, finished to a high standard and with substantially locally-made Grenadian furniture. The three bedrooms are all air conditioned. Villa Pavilions features a large master bedroom with shower room en suite and its own private veranda. The two other large bedrooms can have either double or twin beds and share a dividing shower room and toilet. The spacious living room, with dining area at one end, has French doors along one wall opening onto a delightfully spacious veranda, from which the spectacular views can be fully enjoyed and which is cooled by the gentle breezes that blow virtually year round. Certainly, a splendid place for alfresco meals and relaxing through the day. Cable TV and a CD music player are provided. The fully fitted kitchen has a convenient central island unit and is equipped with a large fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc. All crockery, utensils and kitchenware are provided - everything that you may need for a self-catering holiday in the Caribbean. Outside there is a lovely swimming pool, deck, gazebo and barbecue. You can wander around the tropical gardens and pick limes, lemons, oranges, grapefruit and mangoes (when in season). Full maid and laundry service is included, normally 5 days a week and Louise is willing to cook and baby sit for you by arrangement. Villa Pavilions is within easy walking distance of the pretty L?Anse aux ?pines Beach and a good choice of restaurants and bars are close by, including the renowned restaurant at The Calabash Hotel. There is a mini-market at the nearby Boatyard and stores, shops, banks and the famous Grand Anse Beach are less than a 10 minute drive. Villa Pavilions is only some 10 minutes from the airport. The owners offer a courtesy pick up from the airport on your arrival and a rental vehicle is available upon request.
