Description
A LUXURY PRIVATE VILLA ON THE WATERFRONT OF CHALK SOUND. The gardens and pool are totally private and not overlooked.
The view from all the rooms is stunning. Chalk Sound is a vast protected nature reserve, created by the shallow clear turquoise waters and coral sand bed, after which AQUA PULCHRA, 'nobel water', is so aptly named.
All rooms face the water and open out on to a series of three terraces. From the terraces there are two paths leading down through the gardens to a private deck with access to the sea. Stop here and relax in the hammock and listen to the tranquil peace or explore the islands in one of our Kayaks.
The villa is in three areas providing an abundance of space and privacy. There are two guest wings linked by a library on one side and a media room on the other.
In the centre is the living area. This features a fully equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area that comfortably seats eight, and deeply cushioned rattan sofa and chairs in which to relax and look out on to the terrace and the infinity edge pool.
On this terrace is a gas grill BBQ and dinning area. There are loungers by the pool.
This is a four bedroom and three bathroom villa that can sleep eight. In one wing there is a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub. Also in this wing is a bedroom with twin beds. There is a separate bathroom with walk in shower and a further washroom with toilet.
The other wing has a bedroom with four poster canopied king bed and a further bedroom with twin beds. There is another bathroom with walk in shower and separate washroom with toilet.
All the bathrooms have twin pedestal basins. All the bedrooms have French doors out on to a terrace.
The media room is equipped with Plasma screen, DVD, CD, Video and Bose Sound Entertainment system. The sound system extends to the living area and pool terrace.
There is a WIFI Internet access free of charge.
The villa has optional central air conditioning, metered at a nominal cost, should you require it. There are ceiling fans in all the main areas. The waterside location provides an almost constant gentle breeze to keep the temperature pleasant.
On the ground floor there is a garage and utility room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. An elevator connects the two floors.
