Description
|
2 bedroom house -- one bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with bunk bed and a single twin bed for a total of 3 in second bedroom. Quiet residential area (no commercial business in area). Near Tahiti Beach, southern end of Elbow Cay. Full kitchen, living/dining room. House on 1 acre of land with fruit trees, flowers, natural vegitation. A 6th person can be accommodated on a cot. |

25' high upper observation deck; lower deck is 9' above ground. Golf cart included (some limitations on use -- ask for details). 12 page information packet available. THe Elbow Cay area (where Octagon is located) is, in our opinion, the better area to vacation in vs Marsh Harbour or Treasure Cay. That's why we've had a vacation home on Elbow Cay for 35 years. House is 2-1/2 minute walk from Tahiti Beach (30 seconds by golf cart), and 4 minute walk (45 seconds by golf cart) from eastern Elbow Cay shore Microwave, Cookware, Deck or Patio, Air Conditioning, Full Kitchen, Refrigerator, Linens, Grill, Boat Dock |

Activities and Attractions |

Swimming, boating, snorkling, scuba diving (tank rentals available in Hope Town), picnics/relaxing on secluded beachs, sun bathing, reef watching (snorkle/diving), sunset watching (usually spectacular from top deck), sunrise watching on top deck if you are an "early bird", BBQing. 7 minutes by boat from Hope Town which has beautiful harbor, candy striped (famous) light house, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, church. |

Rate details
$1000/week for up to 4 persons, each additional person above 4 is $50/week. Person is someone over 2 years old. For 2 weeks: $900/week; 3 weeks: $800/week. Other discounts available for longer stays. Any length of stay of 3 or more days allowd, so if you want 9 or 10 days, it is allowed. Also, checkin day and checkout day can be any day of the week to match your needs. Of course, this depends on house availability |
