Description Newly Built Beachfront Estate w/Swim-up Pool Bar - Where the sun melts into the Caribbean each and every night, is a brand new ? acre Beachfront Estate (currently under construction due to be completed by Sept 2006), the Villa Playa Maria. Once you enter though the 10ft high gates and pass through the16 ft tall archway you?ll find yourself inside lush tropical gardens, on the ocean, surrounded by a 10ft wall with only the sound of the wind and waves to sooth your restless soul. Amenities  Inside the gates you?ll find a beautiful 3600 sq ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath Main Villa and a 900 sq ft. 1 bedroom 1 3/4 bath Guest Villa with Spanish roof tiles imported from Spain and state of the art electronics including 24 hr security cameras. There are ceiling fans and air-conditioning in all the rooms & outdoor fans on the top balconies between the arches to keep you cool on those hot tropical nights. We offer daily maid service & there is a swim up bar for serving cold drinks and grilled foods during the day. We can even arrange for a private chef who can prepare extravagant meals for your culinary appetite, with service in the privacy of your Villa, poolside, or on the sandy beach in the front of the property. The pool with its steps located opposite the lunch bar makes it an easy transition from the deck to the water. Take the connecting steps to a wrap around bench that continues to the submerged pool seats at the Bar. designed to provide a cool area for lounging or hanging out . The swim-up Pool Bar has tiled coralina countertops, refrigerator,TV, stereo and 4 outdoor stools with access to separate his and hers restrooms. You will enter the Main Villa through a medieval solid 10 ft x 6 ft double entry door onto imported Spanish travertine floor tiles with 10 ft ceilings and custom lighting. All the doors were custom made from Brazilian Hardwood and finished in San Juan in the Old Spanish style. The Living room has 8ft tall sliders that open out to a 10ft. coralina stone deck that faces the pool and ocean. It has a 60' Flat screen TV entertainment center with THX surround sound stereo system so you may listen to your favorite sounds inside and outside, along with a wrap around couch and a small dinette. The gourmet kitchen has a 48' Jenn-Air 8 burner double oven and a stainless 36? Jenn-air double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and wine cooler. The countertops are made of yellow & blue swirled granite and there is a breakfast/wine bar that will accommodate 5-6 guests on tall stools. All the kitchen cabinets are made from solid Brazilian Cherrywood and finished in an old mission style The master bedroom opens up through 8 ft solid Brazilian hardwood double doors into a large open air room with 16 ft ceilings, a Private Lounge and Wet Bar. The wet bar has Blue Brazilian Granite counter-tops with custom Brazilian Cherry wood cabinets, ice maker, refrigerator, 32? Flat screen TV and 6 tall bar stools. Perfect for a small get together with friends or just a quiet evening with that special someone, no need to leave the top floor. The Master bedroom walls are made of (11) 8 ft glass panels called Nana Walls (imported from Germany) which allows you to slide them open to expose the balcony deck under the huge arches, this brings the outside inside. The private lounge has a 20' flat screen TV with a custom built in couch and large pillows located opposite the wet bar. The master has a king bed that looks up to another flat screen entertainment area with additional sitting, the entire upstairs is wired for THX Surround Sound, DVDs ,CDs, etc. Walking into the master bathroom through the custom Brazilian hardwood & bamboo blown glass louver door you?ll find travertine tiles on the floors and walls and an original Mural done by local artist ?Tiki Rob?. You?ll also find a two person Jacuzzi Tub and a large shower with dual seats and Jacuzzi jets, perfect for those long relaxing moments after a full day of activities. The basins are made of solid Butterfly Green granite and sit above the counter-top made of Tropical Verde Granite. The cabinets are custom Brazilian cherrywood with recessed lighting from above. The walk-in closet has custom built-in mahogany wood dressers and shelves with a Brazilian hardwood entry door. The master bedroom and bathroom are surrounded by bamboo blown glass above the 10ft high beam which completely surrounds the front of the bedroom and bath. Sitting under the arches you can gaze out towards the horizon and see magnificent waves breaking with the sun setting beyond Desecheo Island The Guest Villa is located above the 3 car garage towards the back of the property, and can be accessed from either the kitchen or bedroom, with stairways located at either end. Enter the Villa through solid Brazilian hardwood doors onto beautiful beige Travertine floor tiles. The Guest Villa bedroom is located through double Brazilian hardwood doors and has a king bed centered in front of a large ached window. There is a full bath with shower, double above counter glass basins on top of a tropical verde granite countertop and custom made mahogany cabinets. The room has a 32? flat screen TV with dvd, cd surround sound system. The walk-in closet has custom built mahogany dresser and shelves. You can access the back balcony from another set of 8ft slider doors, the living room of the guest Villa shares the balcony. The bedroom and living room can be separated or joined together depending upon your needs, each having there own stairways. The kitchen in the guest Villa has a breakfast bar made of yellow swirled granite and has chairs to seat four. The cabinets are custom made mahogany and the appliances are all stainless steel. There?s a 32? Flat screen TV with DVD, CD, surround sound system and a double futon sofa bed. The 3/4 bath has a tiled shower with an above counter glass basin on top of a tropical verde granite counter top with mahogany cabinets. The living room opens up through 8ft slider doors onto a large Ocean facing balcony overlooking the pool area. It doesn't get any better for water sports in the Caribbean, Deep Sea Fishing and Scuba Diving charters can be arranged for your ultimate pleasures through local operators.. The Grounds of the property consist of a circular driveway with an entrance and an exit that allows you easy access to your vehicles. You can wander through the grounds and explore the exotic gardens. The landscaping was designed to give guests the ability to experience the natural floral of the Enchanted Island of Puerto Rico. The rates shown above are for the Main Villa Master Bedroom suite (1-2 guests). The entire Main Villa sleeps 8. The entire Main Villa / High season $1000 per day, $5,500 per week / Low season $750 per day, $4,500 per week. The Guest Villa must be booked along with the Main Villa. The entire Guest Villa sleeps 4. The entire Guest Villa/ High season $300 per day, $1,800 per week / Low season $300 per day, $1,800 per week. The Guest Villa suite / $175 per night all season The entire Estate is available for special events and Weddings and will accomandate 100+ guests.
