Amenities included in the House: DVD player with a choice of a collection of 100 classic DVDs (free for renters of Aarons), microwave oven, coffee-maker, blender, 31" TV, with VCR, stereo, with CD player, gas-starting charcoal rotisserie, and the usual kitchen condiments, including large refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, as well as phone and washer/dryer.

Rate details
based on occupancy of two; each additional person, up to a max of 6, will add $100 per person per week
-Check out time is 11:00 a.m; check-in time is 2:00 p.m.
-rentals normally occur from Saturday to Saturday
A 50% deposit is required for each week reserved. The balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy. Please contact us if you want to make a reservation! CLICK HERE to see a copy of the contract, if you desire to have one. Your deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given. |
