Description
Our new home is finished in september 2005.
This luxury custom home has been built from the finest materials with your comfort in mind and designed to take full advantage of the sun and the ever-present mild trade-winds.
There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen and ocean view dining room for you to enjoy. Laundry facilities, television, telephone are here, of course.
The large terrace spills right onto the beach and is the perfect place to relax and soak up some sun, gaze out over the turquoise sea with a cool drink, or entertain.
Whether you are planning a honeymoon, an anniversary trip, or just want to find someplace special to retreat from the pressures of a busy life, ARUBA beckons!!!
With our beautiful beaches and blue waters, wonderful climate, and friendly people ? you can make memories here that will last a lifetime!!
Championship golf, sailing, blue-water fishing, snorkeling and diving are all at your fingertips here in our Land. Our year-round trade winds make us a destination for wind-surfers and kite-surfers from around the world.

The smallest of the ABC-islands with 120.000 inhabitants.
Bonaire (diver's paradise) and Curacao are at 20 minutes flying time from Aruba.
From 1643 the island was Dutch. Mister Peter Stuyvesant, before he left for New-Amsterdam, was a governour and lived on Aruba for 4 years.
From 1928 till 1985 the refinery at San Nicholas was responsiible for the biggest part of the income on the island. In those years the production climbed to 440.000 barrells a day and it employed over 8.000 people.
This has changed and nowadays tourism is the most important source of income on this great island that has one of the highest incomes per capita of the Caribbean islands.
Look at the great, enlarged airpost and the centre of the capital: Oranjestad.
It often host 4 cruise-ships a day and sows lots of initiatives for new investments on Aruba.
Visit Mainstreet and be surprised by the amount of various items local shops have for sale.
Dushi Aruba has a lot to enjoy!
* Aruba is a tropical treat, you will remember for many years.
Many get hooked on the athmosphere: the friendly people, warm climate and always-present north-east wind.
* Aruba is one of the safest Caribbean islands with the whitest sand on its beaches.
* All year we have almost stable temperatures in the nineties.
In October and November of each year mild rain and relatively little wind.
Best (kite-)surfing-period: from January till August.
* Enjoy the reliable airlines should you wish to hop to other Carribbean 'pearls', taxi-services and carrentals on Aruba. At the airport you will find some 30 counters for carrentals with well-known names.
But: make sure your reservation is in time for Christmas and/or Carnaval-holidays.
* Restaurants are available everywhere on Aruba: you will find a lot at a mile distance.
If you go back to Oranjestad the supply is abundant: try several different styles of (sea-)food.
* At half a mile from the house there is a great, challenging 18-holes Championship-course "Tierra-del-sol".
It also provides a gated-community with houses that give the course even more athmosphere.
You will not find this a 'gimmy'.
* Of course we all hope not to be in need of them during vacations: doctors and a hospital.
You migth find it comfortable to know that most of them graduated in the USA or the Netherlands.
Medical facilities are present on this island and of good quality.
* Beaches are generally public beaches.
However, the hotels prefer to provide their beaches to their guests.
* If you prefer to walk around in your suit and visit musea or classical concerts, you will be disappointed a little.
Also if you think Aruba is a cheap island. With respect: that is not true.
We think prices are affordable, but there are cheaper locations in the world to offer you sunny days.
And
* Ocean-front relaxing with a turquoise sea in front of you!!!

After receiving 30% of your accomodation-fee your reservation will be officially registered.
The Apartment
"The apartment will be ready in December 2005".
We will build this relatively high above the ground on our lot in order for your view at the sea.
Again: we use good materials and it will be fully equipped with airco?s, luxury kitchen and 1st quality beds.
? Cleaning will be done every other day.
? Clean towells and will be provided to you on a regular basis.
? The apartment, with a spacious living, furnished and tv-set available.
Rates
This 1-bedroom apartment of 570 sq. feet is available from US$ 125 - US$ 225/day.
It can be enlarged till 660 sq. feet 2-bedroom accomodation; prices on request.
After receiving 30% of your accomodation-fee your reservation will be officially registered.
July and/or August stay 28/30 days with 4 to 6 persons and get 23% discount
