Description
Overlooking the Caribbean Sea on a half-mile stretch of sandy beach nestled in a lush oasis of coconut palms is the new refurbished Glitter Bay Estate built in Mediterranean style with beautiful lush gardens and tropical freshwater pool. Ocean Blue is privately owned and is everything you could desire in a beachside apartment. Completely redesigned and refurbished by its interior designer owner this apartment it is well equipped and is perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway, Glitter Bay is also popular with families in the school holidays.
Included in the price is a private transfer from the airport and the services of our housekeeper Beverley 6 days per week. Dinner on arrival is also included. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment sleeps 6 and is in the Alamadra Building which is closest to the beach. The large terrace overlooks the beach and ocean. This elegant and extraordinary location will delight and not disappoint anyone. The owner has anticipated all her guests' needs and this is truly the ultimate in 5 Star Luxury. It is also close to Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane Golf Courses
Located on the breathtaking West Coast in St James. Relax on the gorgeous stretch of white sandy beach overlooking the turquoise water of Caribbean. Beach towels and sun loungers with mattresses and parasols are all available each morning on the beach or by the pool. Enjoy every type of water sport - water skiing, sailing, diving and paragliding. The snorkeling all along the beach is excellent, you may even see a turtle! Windsurfing is available on the south coast side of the island. Game fishing ands boats for hire can all be arranged. There are also 3 golf courses nearby. Families are welcome and Beverley can arrange baby sitting. The apartment is 12 miles from the airport 8 miles to Bridgetown. Shopping is 4 minutes away in Holetown or north at Speightstown. World class cuisine can be found at restaurants on both the West and South coast. A car is recommended but not necessary.
This first floor apartment offers delightful light and open accommodation. Rooms are furnished with a relaxed tropical feel and have views over the ocean and lush gardens. The ensuite master bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed air-conditioning and ceiling fan, TV/DVD. The luxurious bathroom has a walk in shower two basins with a travertine and coral stone finish. Bedroom two also has a king-size/twin bed air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a bath/shower and also has the marble and coral finish with two hand basins. There is a bed-settee in the living room and a travel cot and high chair are available. The kitchen and appliances are modern Italian and include dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. There is also a washer/dryer. The large terrace overlooks the sea and beach and palm trees and consists of a formal dinning area seating 6 and a more relaxed area with comfortable seating. The apartment also has a digital safe.
